Do It To ’Em: 100 Day Challenge

Today marks the beginning of my girlfriend Skye and I’s 75 hard challenge– which I kind of want to rename and make our own thing.

It also marks the beginning of the 100 day content challenge going on in The Futur Pro Group.

Why not combine the two? Instead of 75 hard, we could call it Do It To Em 100 Day Challenge.

Choose 8 of 10 per day:

  • Mindfulness: 1 ten minute meditation session per day (Waking Up app recommended)
  • Strategy: 1–3 pages of journaling, roughly 500–1,500 words (plan out your day, talk to yourself, organize some thoughts, strategize, etc) recommended read– The Artist’s Way
  • Teach/Inspire: Publish 1 piece of content per day on Instagram, Blog, Linkedin, Medium, Youtube, etc
  • Fitness: 45 minute workout and 45 minute outdoor workout
  • *Sobriety: No alcohol for first 30 days, once per week for 30 days, twice per week for 30 days
  • Hydration: Drink a gallon of water per day
  • Education: 10 pages of non-fiction, preferably business or self-improvement related (15–20 minutes of audio)
  • Progress: 1 progress photo every day
  • Breathing: 1 session of holotropic breathwork (Wim Hof method recommended)
  • Hot/Cold Exposure: 1 cold shower or bath (Wim Hof method recommended) and 45 minute sauna session
